I have lost my easy entry card, how can I get a new one????? I still own the dog like always and do not need duplicate papers, I just need an easy entry card.

If you have a Visa or Master Card you can call us and we take the order over the phone, or you can send a request in writing with a check or money order made payable to United Kennel Club. Be sure to include your name & address and the dog's name & UKC number. The cost is $10.00.

Thank you for your help Mr.Smith, I have been trying off and on for the last 4 months and have never gotten past being on hold, today I waited 25 minutes before getting fed up and hanging up. Ukc has never been a just write it down on post it note and mail it in type organization, or I would have done that weeks and weeks ago!!!!!!!!!!!! Very frustrated over something that seems so simple, everyone in the hound world knows that ukc has the strictest registration regulations, I would have dreamed of just mailing you a note.
