Had a good hunt tonight. Hunted in a big coon contest hunt tonight & got lucky enough & won it. Then went for a pleasure hunt with two great up in coming bluetickers. I took Cindy & Bo Jack hunted Casper & Lane had Henry. We treed a few coon & had a good time. I sure enjoy hunting with them young men who have nice young dogs that they are proud of. It makes me proud & honored to help & guide them in the right direction.

Went with my buddy Jack who was hunting is nice young dog Casper & he's little brother hunting his 5 month old pup named Hank. Sent Bo & Hank one way & Casper & Cindy the other. BO got struck ran a short track blows up treed. Go to him & he has the coon. So we knock it out to him. Then put him up& mess with Hank which that's the first coon he's ever seen. All in all a goodnnight hunting with two great young men. If my memory is right we treed 12 singles two beaver holes & one slick. By the end of the night Hank was going with the older dog we sent with him. I get no better enjoyment than taking the youth & getting them involved in the sport I love. Sure makes me proud of these young men & there hounds.

Went down & hunted with Dennis Elbrader Wednesday night. Like always Debbie his wife had a good meal ready for us when I got there. Idk what she see's in Dennis but she is a good woman. Anyways Richard Bebee brought his young rattler male along. None of the dogs looked excellent but they all had there moments. This time of year coon treeing is tough. I think we ended up treeing 8 singles & at least that many dens. Four holes in the ground & 2 slicks. It's always nice to go hunting with Dennis because he's packing a COONDOG I'll promise you that.

Had a good hunt with Dennis Elbrader & Corey Mailes & his two boy's last night. I believe we treed eight singles & cought one on the ground. Two dens & two slicks. The fellowship was great & to me that's what it's all about. Not everyday day you get the chance to go on a pleasure hunt with two bluetickers who have did so much for are breed. Thanks guys.
