I bought a dog yesterday and a man I got it from has filled out the papers but never sent them in. What do I need to do to get her registered in my name?

You need to fill out one of our Affidavit forms. You can download the Affidavit from our website and send it in with the papers you have now.

I just found it. It says it is going to cost an extra 20 dollars because of the affidavit. Is that right?

Yes. There is an Affidavit fee in addition to the registration fee.
