As long as it ain't bluetick I'm good 😊. We actually have one of these restaurants in Evansville,Indiana, from what I'm told it was the first one to open almost 100 years ago. I was looking it up to see if it was the same as this one here in MS, here's what their site said:
The Kennel Club restaurant started in 1926 as an association of people who enjoyed breeding, showing and hunting with dogs. The land all around the building belongs to the club, and long before the current building existed, members would gather with their dogs. The men would take the dogs through their hunting paces in the surrounding fields, while the ladies set up a picnic. Thus began the dining tradition at the Kennel Club. The first indoor gathering spot was in an old farmhouse on the land. Later the restaurant was added, and eventually membership opened up to diners of all kinds, whether or not they owned dogs.
