Trimble Township Hunt Report 5-28-10

Thanks to all that came out to support the Trimble Township Coonhunters over this Memorial Day Weekend. Special Thanks goes out from our club to all veterans. Without your sacrifice and dedication we as Americans would not be able to enjoy this sport and many other freedoms this country has to offer. SPECIAL THANKS TO ALL VETERANS ON THIS SPECIAL WEEKEND.

Though entries were low, sportsmanship ran very high at this UKC hunt. Thank you to all hunters for making this a very enjoyable hunt for both cast winners & fellow competitors.

We only had 4 Nt. Ch dogs and 7 registered dogs entered. I believe we had 2 English, 1 Walker, and 1 Black & Tan entered in the Nt. Ch Division.

NT CH DIVISION
Mr. Daryl Smith and his fine Treeing Walker, Nt. Ch. SMITHS RACCOON CREEK CHIEF, hailing from Willksville Ohio Brought home the bacon in the Nt. Ch. Division scoring +425. Special Thanks to Rodney Vanhorn for stepping up for our club and providing judging & guiding for this cast. All cast members said they had a very good hunt win or loose & that is what we strive for. CONGRATS DARYL, job well done!!!

REGISTERED DIVISION
We had 4 English and 3 treeing Walkers entered in the registered division. Mr. Jay Barrett and his fine young English hound Ch. PR. SUNDAY CREEK KOBE VII, hailing from the coonhound capital of the world (Glouster Ohio) won 1ST PLACE in the registered division by scoring +325. This is only the second hunt Kobe has been entered in. Mr. Artie Long was handling Kobe for Jay. Congrats to Kobe, Jay & Artie for a well done job!!!

Additionally Mr. Ace Allman, hailing from the big city (Logan Ohio) hunting another fine ENGLISH POWERED coonhound, named PR ALLMANS MOSSY OAK SHAKER, won second place scoring +200

Special congrats to all winners, and a very special thanks to all participants for it was your fine sportsmanship that made my job easy as the master of hounds and made this hunt enjoyable to all.

Thanks Again, Until Next Time, IF YOU DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH (as in English Hound) THEN YOUR SPEAKING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE. hA! hA!

BEST OF LUCK TO ALL!!!!
