2020 Rules won't be posted long before the start of the year. Otherwise, they will be using them for the remainder of this year.

Event Packets will be mailed to all clubs well in advance of their first 2020 event date.

I know you can hardly wait Toad Hill. lol. Me neither.

You all should video your seminar and post it for people that can't make it. With today technology I don't think it would take much. Or video it and send a DVD to each club. Is that possible?
