Truth is, this will be a much loved first dog for a 6 year old boy (Christmas is coming!) The boy, Dylan, lives in a single parent home, with just mom and little sister, and even the pet lizard is a female. He is feeling out numbered and really wants a boy-dog to hang with.
He is interested in showing in either 4 H or AKC junior handling, so we are trying to find an AKC/UKC registered pup, but will consider UKC only.
They met my black and tans and fell in love, but I don't have pups or plan for pups.

We've had a helluva time trying to find a pup. I understand that some folks won't want to sell to a non hunting home, but I'm hoping someone somewhere will have a pup they wouldn't mind putting into a loving home, fenced yard, experienced committed dog owner.

THe home is in Medford, Oregon, so anyone with pup will need to be able to ship by air.
