 Permanent registration - UK Resident

I want to ensure that the papers i send back are all correct so can you let me know if i need to add on extra shipping charges some how for the papers to be sent back to United Kingdom?

Also do i still need to specify my dogs microchip number even though its a UK one?

If you are not paying for Next Day Air delivery then there are no additional fees. The microchip number is not required.
