 stolen pappers

I got a black and tan from my cousin and he gave me the puppy papers and i put thim in a lock box when i got home the day before mothers day and my house got broken into and thay stole the lock box the pappers were in the man's name he got her from is i have no way of getting in touch with him is their any way i can get a copy

Unfortunately the breeder is the ONLY person who can request another set of papers on this dog. They would have to fill out one of our duplicate applications.
