Would UKC approve

If garmin's came out with a tracking collar that just had lights for safety reason. Would ukc approve it for hunts. Had dog get on highway Saturday would been nice to been able turn lights on collar.

Also, Sport Dog makes a light you can put on the collar. I think it can be either a solid or blinking light. About $20 or so.

Yep blue sportdog lights on full time. When somebody comes around a curve and sees a blue light the first thing they do is hit their brakes.

He was more curious than anything. We trurned the light off and went on our way. It is actually against the law to have a flashing blue light on your vehicle unless you are a cop.

I would say read rule book if you don’t know the answer to this one I am pretty sure there are some rules in there you might want to know before you go to the next hunt

The Garmin t5 is an approved collar for the hunts. It has a light you can turn on from your handheld device.
