Am I able to email or fax back an registration form and wait the regular processing time without paying the extra $40 for expedite? Or do I still have to pay the $40 regardless since I am choosing to fax or email it back?
Are you referring to a registration paper or a letter you received from us? Please tell me exactly what you want to fax or e-mail to us so I can give you the correct answer.
If it is the Application for Permanent Registration or the Permanent Registration Certificate then you cannot fax or e-mail them to us as we need the original papers in our office.
