Dog food - oil in bag??

First time in over 25 years of dogs that I've opened up a bag of food that was stored indoors and hauled indoors, no exposure to moisture unless prior to my getting it, and the bottom third of the food was covered in oil as well as the inside of the bag bottom third.

Dog food was still firm. It was not soft in any way. Just covered in heavy oil.

Sportmix black bag. Been feeding it 10 years with success. I know it has had it's ups and downs been this was a first with the oil saturation.

My first response it to toss it.
