My tt15 was working when out hunting and all of a sudden dog quit moving on screen but actually was. It showed no gps signal bars. After i shut alpha and collar off next time turned on wont show up at all. Collar just has a continuous green flash and wont connect to satellite. I updated collar and alpha and still didn't work. I tried to do a master reset but when do the 4 pushes on button it never goes to green then red like says suppose to. I heard soft beep all 4 pushes. Confused. Dont know if needs sent in or if im missing something. My T5 works just fine. Thanks for any info

Unfortunately, I don't think your missing anything. Sounds like you took all the right steps. Look where the black rubber section of the collar connects to the collar housing from the bottom side. Is that area cracking and is the wire in there cracked? Probably will have to send it back to Garmin.
