Royce Allen 1711 Brown Rd, Knoxville, Tn. 37920 865-851-0747. I am checking on the status of my papers. Bluetick coonhounds, 1 single registration, 1 Permanent registration, 2 Litter registrations and 2 Breed transfers. Pm also sent.
I tried to reply to your PM but your box was full. Please empty it and send me a PM once you've done that and I'll try again. I am wondering when the papers were sent in to us and if everything was sent in together in the same envelope, and the name of one of the dogs the Breed Transfer was being done on.

They were sent in 1 envelope. USPS tracking #70190140000032225918 arrived in your office 7/20 at 10:45am When I checked August 19th the Single registration and Permanent Registration were on you desk and the Litter registrations and the Breed transfers were sent to your supervisor and then on to their Supervisor to see if the Litters qualified but the litters qualified last year and I was not charged for the transfers because it took so long. She did and she checked on it. Sorry I didn't get back to you. It has been very busy here. Those papers were still under review. I will check with her when she comes in today and see if I can get any more information. I'll let you know what I find out.
OK, so I just got an update for you. The person that needs to review your litters to verify they are able to be registered as Blueticks has the paperwork. They are doing the verifications.

The 2014 X-Bred video per Executive Vice President Todd Kellam at 9:31 - 10:52 on the video states when the litter reaches 87% - 13% pure blood they qualify for Breed transfer. These litters have reached this level and last year's 2 litters were Registered Bluetick Coonhounds.
