Number 265 in call que... yikes

The dead horse getting beat a little more, hard to imagine things are that backed up and still no solution has been found. That many people on hold is crazy to me.

Oh my goodness, 265 people in line. At 5 minutes/call, that is 22 hrs. How many people would UKC have to hire to answer that many phone calls? How many phone lines would they have to have?

I doubt they would get that many calls on a regular basis if they got caught up.. Business must be booming, good for them I guess..

I have made 2 calls to the ukc office this year. I was # 256 both times. I selected the option for ukc to return my call. I got a call back around 6:30pm both nights.
