After seeing that pile of 'critters', I want nothing to do with your area till winter!!!
At least, a rattle snake will let you know, if your getting too close to him!!!
Buddy (CUB)(Allen Waller) has 2 great great looking female pups out of Sap Suckin Warrior & his female. Take care, Ron.

Don't be a sissy lol! The only ones that hunt from our yard are us and the pups. Out of 36 dogs and probably 50 men no one was bit. I'd rather take my chances with the copperheads than the rattle snakes and 2 legged ones down by Tulsa anyday!
Warrior was one of the nicest pups we raised got his first win at 8 months old scored 650, no minus, no circle all first trees. We had actually kept him instead of Shack. The guy that bought him around 9mo never kept him in the woods like he should of been and we eventually got him back. But by then we had Shack back and cranking. We are happy he is in a place to be pushed and get the hunting he deserves. His pups ought to make good ones.

RR I need someone to bring the hat band back!

Jennifer went on the RQE cast I was on last night. 9 copperheads in my lawn last week would be reason to move. Thanks for the info on Alpha gal.

it's easy enough to find and deal with water moccasins. The problem is the copperheads. They're every where but it's impractical to hunt them in the forest. I think you could
make a trap having the funnels leading into the cage and for bait putting a small enclosure inside to hold a chick, mouse, or frog. I'm pretty sure it would work. As for copper heads keeping the rodents in check, I'm pretty sure there are many non venomous snakes that can handle them.

Lmbo! Bingo is fun but around here it is played at the tribes casino and these people take it more serious than y'all do coonhunting. I may go play for free this month for my birthday, take a night off from "hunting".

Dennis, no problem on the info. I hope they can get her some help in Arkansas.

9 so far and that is all from the yard. I have taken a few nights off we've had the grandkids and I won't let them out from dusk on. They are nosy and have to be where Nana is at. We bought snake repellent to scatter around the perimeter of the yard I think it's just expensive moth ball granuals (could have bought moth balls for less than half the price) but hopefully it will detour them! Tyler came over this evening and the smell outside was showing my age lol. It does smell like moth balls out there guess I can join the old people club a little early.

Lol. You better get back in the Hunt when you can, from all my research there are no known snake repellents that have proved to work. Moth balls certainly do not work, I have watched videos showing various repellents being used and the snakes ( rattlesnakes) crawling over everything they used. Experts say there are no known repellents that actually work. A snake fence works but the open holes must be smaller than the smallest snake, less than an half inch and around the whole property. With your yard size that would be very expensive, better keep hunting them, just be very careful and have some fun. Dave
