I have a female American bully turns 1 year old 1/14/18. I’m wanting to register her with he UKC she’s currently registered USBR. The problem I’m hearing is she Has DAX blood in her pedigree on one side,and I’m being told by other people that she won’t be able to be registered UKC because of that. I know there are gods in the UKC that have his blood so I don’t know if they were just kind of grandfathered in or the people telling me these things don’t know what they are talking about. Any clarification would be appreciated. I don’t want to waste anyone’s time or money. thanks

As long as DAX is not the father of your dog you can apply for registration with us and your application will be looked at on a case-by-case basis, just as we do for all of these types of applications.
