I register 3 puppy together, got 2 email back that said received the 2, the other register is floating somewhere. How can I register again if the paper is lost somewhere mailing or just lost period. I had email them back to see if they had received it but no response yet. HELP

The registered owner of the dog can fill out one of our duplicate applications and send it in to us. We'll issue them another set of papers and they can sign them over to you just as they did the original papers.

So you can fill out one of our duplicate applications. Since you're the breeder we can do the permanent registration into your name from the duplicate application.

my dog dosent have UKC registration number do i just leave it blank?

The dog does have a number. It was on the temporary paper. If you don't know it, just leave it blank and we'll try to narrow down the number when we process the application.
