Here are some pics my 3 year old Colton's first hunt. we hunted at countrymile's place. Colton said the dogs had to tree 5 coons and they did in a little under 2 1/2 hours. I think he likes hunting, he kept saying that he was so happy. I 'll say one thing is he will need a fast, accurate dog. As soon as a dog barks he is ready to go see the coon. thanks for the great hunt dave, he is still talking about it this morning.

This is Tayten and his LOVELY hound Liddy. I used to co own this beauty and Bob and I were thrilled she went to such an AWESOME HOME! Each picture is a total gift....

AND LOOK at him HANDLE HER!!! What a good job!

Bob and I wish OUR kids were interested in the hounds and coonhunting... BUT... they're not so these pix are even MORE special to us...

Levi and 1st coon

Not his first hunt,he went this spring during running season. 4 years old and hangs with us made it 3 hours on the creek,up &down the ravines and a 2 mile walk back the road to the truck. I can't get out of the house after dark without a 1000 questions now.
