Theft of registration

Sent my pups papers out this week via driveway mailbox. Got a call from police dept today saying they found my envelope upon making an arrest today, but the contents are gone. I took pictures of the papers before I sent them and got all vital information I believe. What do I need to do, and is it possible to get my pup registered still? Help please!

You would need to contact the person you got the dog from and they would need to submit one of our Application for Duplicate Registration forms to us. We'll issue them another set of papers and they can sign them over to you.
