 Winter Classic - no duals class?

It doesn’t appear that there is a duals class for 2019 Winter Classic , is this an oversight or intentional? Or will duals class at Winter Classic move to the same format that was introduced at Oaks this past year?

At Oaks we had the Duals but no Pairs. For Winter Classic, we'll have Pairs but no Duals.
