Which state has the best big game hound hunting seasons/rules?

My wife will be graduating soon and starting a job search. I told her I was willing to move for her best opportunity as long as the state we choose has long and very good big game seasons.

I saw a thread about this one other time. I’d say if you like the east coast and prefer bears I’d be in wv in a heart beat. I can’t remember exactly which state it was but if your prefer west coast seems to me it was Utah or New Mexico that had good hound seasons for both cat and bear.
