I didn’t get to finish my calculations today but going off your numbers and allowing for 8 dead casts which may be off, I looked at the numbers this way:

Percent of each breed entered on left versus percentage of that breeds cast winners on the right.

55.4% Walkers entered / 57.3% of cast winners
18.8% English entered / 13.64% of cast winners
11.33% Blueticks entered / 8.18% of cast winners
8.6 % Black & Tan entered / 9.09% of cast winners
2.38% Redbones entered / .09% of cast winners
.06% ALH / 0% of cast winners
.11% Plott / 0% of cast winners

I noticed a couple of things today. One was that there were casts with all Walker dogs so that would be an automatic cast win for their breed providing they had plus points. I also noticed that in Michigan the Walker breed excelled with a much higher percent of cast winners versus percent of Walkers that were entered. Scores were also higher overall there so the thick coon must have really let them shine.

Double cast winners:

24 TW
5 eng
3 blue
2 black
2 XB

Could be 100% accurate or not, it was a pain

Even us sleepyheads like to wake up and make a contribution to society from to time to time. But I have to say I miss the spreadsheets that have been used in the past
