I have done this a few times before. It saves me from having to Buy one and might help someone out at the same time.
I will take 1 Hound to Hunt starting sometime after July 4th. I can't do it any sooner due to taking a trip to South Dakota Mid June.
I don't want to Train anything so the Hound must be able to tree its own Coon or at least an easy one. You will be responsible to get the Dog to my house in North Central Indiana and pick it up when I am done with it and you provide the food for it. I can keep one for just 1 Month or several Months up until first part of January. I have No other Hounds at my house, so the one I take will get my full attention. I will Hunt it anywhere from 2-5 nights per week depending on weather & my Work & Family schedule. It will be singled out by itself but might be hunted with other dogs every now & then.
It doesn't matter to me what the Breed of Dog is.
If interested Text or Call me to discuss......this is Not going to be a first come first serve type of deal......I will talk to several before deciding which one I will take. The closer you are to Indiana the better.
I have Coonhunted for 40+ years & NEVER had one to get killed......But that's a chance we take when turning a Hound loose, so I will do everything possible to keep your Dog safe but will NOT be responsible if something should happen to it....just so that's clear.
