Babesia

I have a 6 year old female that was treated for babesia about 4 months ago. Wondering if anybody else has had experience with this disease and how well their dog recovered? Or if they had and problems with relapse.

I had one treated for babesia years ago before the treatment was available to vets, had to go to the vet school. The dog recovered and did great for several years. He got old.
