I got papers for a dog I purchased and the guy who sold the dog filled out my address portion of the papers, however I have since moved from that address and I'm interested in sending the papers in...is there anything I can do? Thank you.

You can fill out one of our Address Change Request Forms, which you can download from our website. Just fill it out and send it in along with the registration papers.
