 Temporary spam fix for UKC beagle message board

An easy fix would be to put a temporary link above the beagle board link. The bots proghramed to find the easiest was to post the junk that has infiltrated this board. If you notice I would say the beagle board receives all the spam. It's first on the board. Big game and coonhound I assume have no spam. That would stop the eye sore and allow the folks to work on IP blocking or user identification.
