pup papers to get in our name

my son has bought a walker dog he has just his puppy papers and the previous owner filled out the name of dog on them and checked the 4 gen. performance ped. how can we change this? and never sent them in for permanent registration also the papers are from 2011. can we just white out or would that be to easy? lol thanks

He can mark out the 4 gen pedigree and mark which package he wants, but to change the dog's name he will need to fill out an Affidavit form and send it in with the papers. The Affidavit form can be downloaded from our website.
