The breeder would have to fill out one of our duplicate applications, which can be downloaded from our website. We would then issue them another set of papers and they can sign them over to you, just like they did the original set.

Yes, you can download it from our website and give it to him. It's under the Registration tab, then look in the box titled "Most Requested Forms". It's form number 4.
