 Need

Looking for a vendor that would have a 23 inch by 1 and a half or 2 inch wide center ring nylon dog collar. Preferably Red. Can't seem to find one.

To clarify. Is your dogs neck 23" or do you need the collar length 23" to fit a neck in the 20-21" range. Also most of these collars are made with a reflective stripe. Is that an issue and you want it solid red?

I'd prefer solid red, I'm just replacing an old one that measures 23 inches in total from buckle to tip, if that makes sense
