stolen out of kennel on 2-20-13,gyp is blanket back, red headed but is turning white. Has a scar on right side and also has baseball size black spot under her chest. I believe dog may have went to Paintsville Ky area. P.M me any information. Thank you for reading.

listed as a Walker, but looks English to me. I suspect he's a decent hunter--he sure ain't pretty! Small, flat footed, torn ear, scar on face.... they estimate 7=8 years old and say he was brought in as a stray by Inglis animal control.

The Viroqua, WI shelter has listed a young male bluetick, no tan trim, on the compact side, found as a stray.
They will not release a dog intact unless it is being reclaimed by the owner. If you think you know whose dog this is, or you might be the breeder, coordinate with the owner before trying to claim this dog.

Girl at my church found a looks to be a full blooded 3-4 year old plot female , she's runs bears and coons in this community and everyone has had enough of the dog . Long story short Shes kept the dog . I'll find the owner this is no cull awesome dog , love to see the real owner happy . I'd take the dog but she doesn't want me to hunt it . But she would give it to the real owner

today around 7 pm I was leaving out for some hunting tonight and while I was loading my hounds found a walker male dog hanging around the house , good looking hound looks to be bout 5 yr old about , has leather collar on but no name tag , has a piece of chain with a snap on it that hes broke and gotten loose . he was found on scary creek rd at Hedrick road intersection , I have him tied at house in front yard around porch iam goona feed and water him til someone comes forward or I figure out who he belongs to . if you think this is your hound call me and describe the dog to me and ill hand him over , no questions asked .

Collars can break. I have my dogs micro-chipped. Permanent proof that they are mine and shelters scan for the chips, so if they are turned in, I get a call.

Could everyone in Alabama please share this status? I would really love to find this dogs owner.

A concerned family FOUND A LOST MALE BLACK AND TAN COONHOUND. The dog was found in AL on 01-02-14, he did not have a collar on, but could have slipped it. Because they could not keep the dog and had not found its owners they dropped him off at Evenstar Hounds in Ohatchee AL. If anyone is missing a sweet adult male Black and Tan please contact us. www.EvenstarHounds.com or call 952-686-1572 we are NOT charging the owner any fee for feeding/caring for the dog. (To keep our dogs and puppies safe we have given him a booster shot and wormed him)


*If the owners can not be found we will have him neutered and adopt him out.

There's been a stray hound "with black and tan spots" (probably a Walker) hanging around a Quick Stop in Eros, LA for about a month.
If you think he might be yours, go get him! Same if you just want to give him a chance.

If you just have a big heart, there's a "rescue" willing to pay to have him checked out by a vet and pay for any medical care needed, including heart worm treatment ,if you are willing to feed and house him until a long-term arrangement can be found. They have no space themselves.

pm me for rescue contact info if you are willing to give this dog a temporary home. Same if you lost him while traveling and need to arrange long distance transport to get him back.
