Training - Hard to catch at the tree

have a nice young dog that can do it all, but doesn't want to be caught at the tree. And if you don't get your hands on him he might take off. Any suggestions!!

E collar, start in your yard during daytime. Make sure he knows why he got shocked/toned. Make sure your dog knows to mind you before you ever turn him loose.
