Male pups out of 4 way Grand PKC Champion female and NtCH male in NY
I had a liter of pups out of 4 way Grand CH PKC CH Northeastern 22 Mag this week. Maggie is quick on both ends and tough as nails. She has qualified for the World hunt at least twice but never taken to the zones. She is very well known in NY. She will stay treed with the best. She has a litter out of a PR Airplane male that are doing well. One of the young males one his cast at the local club Thursday nighy. She is out of Mcginnis and Marmack breeding.
The sire is NTCH Dog Gun it Blue Sky's Jobe. Jobe is hard going and takes his tracks as they come. He uses his mouth right and stays put. He qualified for the World this year but wasn't taken to the zones. He is out of GRNT Uchtmans Jobe and PR Hicks Sandy River Sky. He finished to Nt Ch. in four hunts and has not been hunted in a Nt. Ch. cast. he would finish easy. I put him in a local htx hunt in May after not being out since February and we scored the coon in at 500+ yards and were leaving the tree in 16 minutes hunt time. He has since earned his second HTX pass. He is a nice hound.
The parents and pups have been DNA'd.
Most of you that know me know I usually line breed Gary Uchtmans stuff but the opportunity to outcross to Maggie has me excited. Its definitely a coon dog to coon dog cross.
This is the second cross. A male in the first litter 11/24/17 was doing it all on his own at 7 months.
