As some of you may know, Paul has been battling cancer and recently received some not so good news. Paul and his family need your prayers and help with medical expenses. You can help by going to a gofund me page at:

There will be a benefit show & hunt at Paola, KS on Mar. 11 to raise some money to help Paul and his family with the medical expenses. Show at 4 pm, $15 entry. Hunt at 7 pm, $20 entry. 100% will go to Paul. These will be UKC licensed events and UKC will be waiving their normal fees. There will also be raffles, perhaps half a hog, and dog supply vendors may be donating goods to raffle off. Address of event will be 31760 Hedge Lane, Paola, KS 66071.

Paul will be having a biopsy done tomorrow and should have results by Friday.

I'm sure Paul and his family will appreciate any prayers and thoughts coming their way.

I just got the following update on Paul's "Gofundme" page:

"Dad received news today that the cancer has moved to his abdominal cavity and is inoperable. We will be going to KU next week and see about chemo options"

I'm sad to see that Paul's family just now posted this on his fund page;

"Dad went to KU cancer center for a second opinion results have come back that he has stage 4 abdominal cancer and it is terminal, will go Thursday and get a port put in to start chemo. With chemo doctor say maybe a year or two. As we stand right now its 6 months."

Here's an update from Paul's GoFundme page:

"Dad's first chemo did not go so good, we ended up in the ER the next day. There is nothing more the doctor says we can do so February 15th dad was put on hospice."

I'm sure Paul and his family will appreciate all prayers and thoughts.
