There are no rules concerning hunting a pregnant female in competition hunts in any registry as far as I know. I've heard of some winning pretty big hunts, but I don't have any first hand experience with it.
Hunting a female while she is pregnant is not an issue, and, just like any kind of exercise, is encouraged. It's good for the momma and puppies. The general rule of thumb is not to hunt a female once her milk starts coming in. At that point her teats are tender and susceptible to scratches and abrasions that might make feeding her pups difficult or painful. It also opens the door to infections which can be passed on to the pups who have a very weak immune system.
