Is this really the case. I read the last sentence in 6(0). If the cast is in the process of shining a separate tree, time shall be canceled or not be applied to another dog.

Which means another dog would have had to be treed in before the stationary was applied to the dog not declared treed.

I see people doing this when they have a good lead and want to kill time or have another dog take first tree, in case it is slick.

My apologies Jim, I messed up. I thought with the 2 running on the dog for not barking if the 5 min stationary time had expired he would have 11 seconds to tree his dog once it barked again

Were is this 2 min rule in the stationary. I no there is 2 min rule after dog has been declared treed but nothing in stationary rule.

It is "common sense". If a dog does not bark for 2 min, then it is not "obviously treed".

Honest question here.

So if the dog stops barking, the 2 is put on him. If the 2 catches him, he is minused?

If the 5 catches him, he gets scratched?

If the dog doesn't bark for 2 minutes, the stationary is taken off him. If he goes back to treeing before the two gets him, then the cast goes into the tree and if the dog is treed up on a tree, he is scratched,

Once again were is 2 min rule in stationary. That 2 min rule states if dog stops barking for 2 min he is misused.
