Need help! Rig and start dog

Looking for the best line of hounds that can go out and get a track started by themselves, I want the hound to be able to free cast and go find a bear track and be able to rig also. Most of my hounds won’t free cast that good, they have to have a track to start it. I’ve heard a lot of good things about Mike Kemp’s hounds and a few others, any help would be appreciated
