I paid for my puppy papers over the phone back and it posted March 30, 2020 on my account. I was told my papers wouldn't be sent out until April 13th due to the virus shutdown of the office. That's fine, but now we are into May and I still haven't gotten my papers, and all the pups are gone. Folks want there papers I'm still waiting. Can you help a guy out?
