When keeping pups out of a litter, what information gets filled in on the registration forms? ie what should I sign and not sign?

You do not have to sign as the seller or put the date of sale. Where it asks for the new sole signatory or new registrant, just put "same as on front". That's all you need to put for signature information.

This is great information. I always filled in the information with the date the litter was born and the date of sale. Thank you for making this so much simpler than I had thought.
