Canine Reproductive specialists in MO?

Does anyone have any experiences with a Vet in either Eastern KS or Western MO who can
-accept a female
-do progesterone testing
-receive frozen semen
-perform insemination
-get a decent litter of pups?

I've googled it and came up with a Countryside Vet in Bolivar, MO who does some of this. I'm also familiar with Symbion, in Abilene, KS.

Thanks, in advance.

Everything I've heard about the vet in Bolivar was good.
