Can't fill out entry, it asks if I am guiding, my handler is, no box , for handler, guide;how do I answer it. Chat line don't work on my phone either.

Click the yes box. Then it will ask you where you're guiding out of.

I seen that, I'm not guiding my handler is.I will try your instructions, last time, I checked that box, I showed up to confirm, told not a guide.
I know you need guides, so you went behind the curtains and did the Wizard Of Oz thing, all went well it was fixed! So cool!
