How long does it take to get pup application paperwork back?
I know Ukc got my paperwork February the 13th. I had tracking.
I waited until the end of March to contact and ask what’s the hold up.
Contacted over the online chat at least a dozen times. They told me they were on their way, told me they couldn’t find them, told me they would get their team on them right away.
I’ve emailed, got ahold of someone finally. Then they asked for all the sire and dam information again. I had everything in order. The money is correct.
Called 3 weeks ago, was number 38 in the cube. Waited for 3 hours then a guy picks up the phone and finds my paperwork he says. Said they should have been sent out a long time ago.

I get that they’re busy. I just need my paperwork. I have a couple 5 month old pups now with new owners and no paperwork.

I've had similar problems in the past. Try the online chat and request another set. if they sent them then they should be responsible to send another set with no charge. I had this happen and I requested another set a month after I should have received them. they sent another set right out and I got the first copy and the second together!

For some reason the post office has issues delivering to the UKC registration office only, nationwide don’t have the issue. Only registration paperwork gets lost to them, not PKC. Recall the excuse before was Covid, what is it now? Getting ready to send a set in and makes me wonder how long that will take.
