Henneman tribute event 5/12 in Jeffersonville, NY
The Sullivan County Coonhound Association in Jeffersonville NY, together with the BBCHA, will be hosting a BBCHA sectional and tribute to member and legendary bluetick breeder John J. Henneman on Saturday May 12, 2018.
This will include UKC water race and field trial (entry deadline 1:00 pm); UKC bench show (entry deadline 4:00 pm); UKC nite hunt (entry deadline 8:00 pm). All coonhound breeds and crossbreeds will be welcome to participate (with UKC registration). Spectators are also welcome. Special bluetick trophies awarded.
John is a member of our club and will be there, as will many dogs with his Minisink bloodlines. There will be raffles and prizes, a dog supply vendor and a kids' bench show.
Camping is available down the street at Stone Wall Farms, which belongs to club members Ed and Barbara Moran. Call Ed at 845 701 2435 or Barb at 845 701 2418 for more info. Both the Sullivan County Coonhound Association and Stone Wall Farms are on Facebook as well.
