Garmin Alpha

I have a question, My Alpha100 when using to follow my hounds on the compass or map when I press my tone or shock buttons my screen changes to that dogs collar and shows intesity level, should it switch back to the compass or map screen upon releasing shock or tone button, If so how do I set it up to return to compass or map? Thanks for any help

.

Ted there are several ways to set up the stimulation and tone buttons. Your best bet would be to go to YOUTUBE and search there and watch some videos on the different setups. Several ideas there and one should suit your needs.

To try and just answer what you asked. There should be a picture of a push pin on the bottom right of the screen. Touch it and put a diagonal line through it and it should not then pin that screen on the alpha and it should go back.
