Thank you for your concern. House Bill 94, in which you are referring had its first hearing this past Tuesday. During the sponsor testimony, Rep. Barnes was asked several questions from members on both sides of the aisle. Some of which addressed your very concern. Chairman Hill takes the issues with the legislation very seriously and has no intention to schedule additional hearings at this time.

Max, the Ohio State Sportsmen & Sporting Dog Association has been keeping a watch on this bill. The US Sportsmens Alliance and I have been keeping in touch. They feel at this point it is a dead bill. If I hear anything else I will let you know.
