Some Notes to Remember

1. Anyone missing bench show wins that occurred in 2020, just hang in there. We had a few missing reports for 2019 to get in and the programmers are now updating our system to match the new point/win format in the bench shows. Once we get the go ahead, all 2020 bench show reports will be processed. Should be any day now.

2. We are doing RQE win receipts a little different this year. To take the burden off of the host club's officials and hopefully make a more efficient process, we will send out all you need with your certificate after your RQE win is processed. Win receipt/zone entry form, etc.

3. Hunt packets are being sent out quarterly this year. Everyone should have supplies to get them through their March events. The next batch will be going out in the coming week for events happening in April-June. In June you will get supplies for July-September and then in September you will get supplies for October-December.

What will you do for RQEs that are late in the summer? For instance, the last RQE in Indiana is usually the weekend before Autumn Oaks so there will not be time for paperwork to be mailed and received before the entry deadline.

We've got a plan in place for any such concerns. No worries.

Thanks Allen, I figured you did but just happened to think of it.
