I have two twin boys looking to get into hunting. I would like to find them a good straight hound that tracks and trees. Don’t have to be phenomenal hound just be under coons. Looking for close range hunter that is accurate. Speed will not be an issue because not comp hunting. I hunted for years and got out of it when my old dog died. Don’t really know people in sport anymore to find hound. A good dog with coons under him will make coon hunters for life out of them. I’m in Tennessee but will travel for the right dog. Again not looking for next year’s champion. Just looking for a good old trustworthy hunting partner. Would like to stay 2 to 5 year old range so they can have a few good years hunting him up.
