TT 10 question

I've got 3 tt10, 2 of them wont charge right. New charging clips new chargers. The light stays red wont turn green. Any ideas?

When you turn them on does the handheld show that they are fully charged? sometimes light wont turn green but collar is fully charged, can clean contacts on collar with brush to help.

Sometimes yes they are charged other times no. What's the best way to clean the contacts?

A wire brush can clean them if they are charging sometimes and sometimes not maybe a battery a problem.
