What is the minimum age that a bitch can be bred and the pups registered? I got a call from a guy that bred a 10 month old. I was shocked to say the least.

10 mths is when ukc will reg a litter but they could ask for a dna.

I finally found that a few days ago. I am disgusted that someone would breed a puppy. I believe only proven hunting dogs should be bred.
