g litter from performance sire

I tried to look this up on the website but couldn't find an answer. My male is a2019 performance sire. If he breeds a female in nov. The pups won't be born until jan. For the pups to be performance eligible do I have to nominate my dog for 2020.

Yes. The Sire must be a Performance Sire for the year the litter is born.
